Back to School

We are back to school!!! Yay! Zach started back on Tuesday with Mrs. McSwain, 2nd Grade. He has friends from Pre-K - Amari, and friends from Kindergarten - Isiah, Alex, Daysia, and friends from last year like Diego. His room is really nice, she even has a special in-room library. Max's class is at the other end of the school, and his room has a reading loft - which is incredibly cool. His teacher is Mrs. Wilkes, and her assistant Mrs. Watson is the mother of one of Jake's friends from high school. Max only has Ethan in his class from last year - but he doesn't care he calls everyone in his class -"my friend". Not really happy about a Mom with a camera - but at least the first week of school has been good.

Launch Your Nuts

Fifi, Jake and Nikki developed a new game. You launch a peanut off of the end of the spoon and try to get it in the red bowl on the table. I think this one must've had some loft on it.

Still Alive??

The answer is yes, I am. I have been absolutely terrible at updating this blog. I have added pictures to my Facebook page, and I have just not kept up with this. Sorry for all of you who read this. Anyway - we took vacation time and stayed with Grandma while B&P took a much needed rest. Fifi went to Vegas - not a bigger winner, but had a great time. Back to school orientation was yesterday - I think we are ready. Jake started college Monday - locally - Criminal Justice if you're asking what he will study. Kim is getting close - just about a month away - and we will get to meet Olivia Lorraine. Very exciting all these babies!!! Last month it was Gianna Nicole - baby daughter to my cousin Mike and his wife Carleen. In March we'll add another Manoso - never a dull moment!! That kinda catches you up - so I will try to be better about this - I know...I say that all the time!

Cooler in the Living Room

Last week our air was out so the boys thought sleeping in the living room where we had two fans and a ceiling fan would be cooler - LOL!

My Very Own Cornhole!

After much begging -Tim built a some Cornhole boards. Boots made the corn bags and the fun began today!! Notice the great form on both Kevin and JC. Kev and I took on Jake and Jake, and we kicked some youngin's tail! Woo Hoo!
