.......Apocolypto, Epic Movie, Letters from Iwo Jima, The Good German, and The Breed(which I couldn't find a picture) where all the bigger titles released this week. I did not watch any of them. Jake watched Epic Movie, which was made by the same people who did Not Another Teen Movie, and Date Movie. He says Epic falls between the two, but he prefers the spoofs in Scary Movie better. I watched about 15 minutes of it and it made me groan. I really wanted to see Letters from Iwo Jima, but I did not have time to read the movie, in order to do that Max and Zach need to be in bed and I need to be awake, and that just didn't happen. By the way - it's in Japanese. Speaking of subtitles - you will also find Apocolypto in English subtitles as the movie is in Mayan. I understand it's good, and graphic, but not outstanding. We only received 2 copies of The Good German and my employees snatched those up first, so I missed that one. Lastly, I understand the Breed was ok for straight to DVD, but again - nothing outstanding. Next week the only one I have is Hannibal Rising. Hopefully, I will get a chance to catch it.
