Uncle Lee took the family to brunch this morning at Deer Brook Country Club. It is a buffet with Southern flair - at least I would say that, with collard greens, fried chicken, mac and cheese, and banana pudding! ( Look for more of Deer Brook after 10/20.)

Have you tried Liver Mush? It is not something I enjoy, but many of my employees and Southern friends sing it's praises. We'll have to hook you up on your next visit! :)
