Blackberry Crumble
We have blackberry bushes behind the house. Every year I say I'm gonna pick 'em and eat 'em. Then the birds get there first or the big green beetles that come out in July are to annoying.....anyway, Zach has been picking any of the ones he sees and can reach and tonight both he and Max helped me get more than a handful. They are slightly tart, but when you sugar them and turn them into a yummy crumble, they are delish! Now, I just have to keep watching, and hopefully we'll get a few more before the birds and the beetles beat us to to it.

Nice, I think I'll grow berries next year.
