I did that. The boys had a Read-a-thon this week, and I blew that off, I really did - I just couldn't even think about it very much and I wasn't home, and that's really disappointing. But...the big one, was Max's first Kindergarten project - a mini him. The teacher sent it home at the first of the year, due last Monday I believe, but I was too caught up in church things, and my boss's visit, I completely forgot about it. So, the next project (a pumpkin) came home with a note as to how good the mini-me's look in the hall, (but not Max's) and I nearly died. Today, between regular church and the Bishop's visit, we all got together and helped Max with his Mini-me. He colored his black pants and shoes, I helped with the hair, Dad drew the face, and Max wanted him to wear one of his T-shirts - and this is what he looks like:

I Forgot
Did you ever take on more than you thought? You think you have all your bases covered and then out of the blue - something has slipped by, something so important, and you just forgot about it, because you got caught up in something else.
